UK DELIVERY:

- Standard Delivery: Sent 2nd class with Royal Mail, we aim to send these orders out within 72 hours from you placing. The standard rate for greeting cards and stickers is 99p, £1.99 for art prints and £2.99 for everything else. Orders should arrive within 4-6 working days from dispatch, and standard delivery is FREE on orders over £20.

- Express Delivery: Sent 1st class with Royal Mail, we aim to send these orders out within 24 hours from you placing. The express rate for greeting cards and stickers is £1.49, £2.59 for art prints and £3.99 for everything else. Orders should arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch.

USA DELIVERY:

All items are sent by International Standard with Royal Mail, unless you upgrade to tracked and signed at checkout. You should recieve your order within 10 working days from dispatch.

There may be customs charges and taxes applicable to your order, which you will be liable to pay for.

Postage to the US is calculated based on the weight of your order. Once you have added items to your basket, an accurate shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. Sales tax and customs fees may be due after purchase.

As a rough guide on delivery pricing:

- Greeting cards and stickers approx $3.21

- Art prints approx $5.78

- Notepads approx $7.69

- Gift boxes up to $24 depending on weight and size.

DIGITAL PURCHASES:

Digital files will be sent out to the email address provided to us immediately after purchasing. The exception of this is personalised products, which we request 48 hours to complete. If you require your custom digital files sooner, contact us prior to purchase at mae@coffeeandacatfish.com where we can offer alternative options.

PLEASE NOTE:

Coffee and a Catfish is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail services. We retain postal information with proof of postage dates ONLY on tracked orders. If you require further information on this, please reach out to us by emailing mae@coffeeandacatfish.com, or by using the on-site chat feature.

If your order has not arrived within the given timeframe, please contact us in the first instance, quoting your order number, and we will try our best to help.

​If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a full refund. Orders must then be returned to us within 14 additional days. As per UK law, you as the seller are required to cover the shipping cost for returning orders to us.

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Where possible we will always work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution; whether by refunding or replacing the affected item.

​

Please note that customised and personalised items are unable to be exchanged or refunded.
