Depending on your delivery choice: UK ORDERS • Standard service: We post these orders out within 72 hours, so they should arrive to you within 5-7 days! • Express service: We post these orders out within 24 hours, so they should arrive to you within 2-4 days! US ORDERS • Standard service: We post these orders within 72 hours, so they should arrive to you within 14 days!

We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible, so our standard and express deliveries aren't tracked unless you purchase the upgrade at checkout. The exception to this is with our gift sets - these are sent tracked with both standard and express, so we can ensure your recipient recieves them quickly and safely! This is why postage for gift sets is a little more expensive (although standard is free if you spend over £20!) If you'd like your cards, stickers or stationery to be tracked, you can choose to opt for our Express + Tracked upgrade, where you'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed. If you don't receive your tracking number, email us at mae@coffeeandacatfish.com or by using the on site chat feature so we can send this to you. This option is more expensive than standard, but means you can track your order from when it leaves us to when it arrives at your door!
